Closing Date 01/11/2024 Customer Communications Lead Location: Durrington, West Sussex / hybrid approach Salary: £38,700 Hours: 37 hours per week We’re on the lookout for a passionate individual to join our team in a brand-new role as Customer Communications Lead. Reporting to the Customer Communications Manager, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to shape communication strategies that truly resonate with our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and grow our customer communications, helping to improve both customer experience and our reputation. You’ll have end-to-end empowerment to deliver great communications that help our customers and create compelling multi-channel campaigns, tackling issues head-on to drive positive outcomes. Working closely with internal teams to ensure our messaging remains cohesive and impactful across all customer touchpoints. Your attention to detail will be key to making sure our communications are aligned. You’ll oversee campaign budgets and performance metrics, continuously refining our approach to improve performance. You’ll be passionate about marketing communications, especially email and put customers at the heart of everything you do. You’ll be happy to roll-your-sleeves-up and get stuck in, doing what’s needed to create the best customer experience. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing: Responsible for the creation and approval of all campaign materials, ensuring compliance with tone of voice and brand guidelines Creating and deploying effective online and offline campaigns Management of campaign budgets, analytics and monthly reporting on all elements of campaign success Ownership of direct customer communication channels including our monthly customer newsletter tool, DotDigital and our text messaging service You’ll help to coordinate our “Your Water Matters” events - finding venues, securing dates and working with different areas of the business to identify the key topics relevant to the area we’re visiting Maintain a close working relationship with our customer insight and behaviour science experts to ensure our communications are aligned with research and best practice If you're ready to make a splash in the world of marketing communications and be a part of something bigger, apply now
