Description
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of marketing activities for the Marketing Manager and in some cases the LOB Marketing Director. The role holder will be a key support in the delivery of the marketing plan and therefore a vital coordinator across all marketing teams and functions. The primary focuses of the role will be supporting the GB Retail and Global R&A within the risk and broking teams. This means the role requires working with Marketing colleagues and Line of Business teams across the global network. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities include:
Marketing Delivery:
1. Key support to the Marketing Manager in the delivery of the marketing plan and all its elements, including digital, social, email marketing and online and f2f events
2. Coordinate and liaise with regional and global marketing colleagues including the CoE’s (Communications, Design, PR, Digital and Research/Analytics) as required to deliver campaigns and programmes
3. Deliver support using Cvent, Marketo, Contact Monkey, Wrike and ON24 platforms
4. Using PowerBI and Excel build analytics to evaluate marketing campaigns to ensure that the activity is helping the company to achieve its sales goals.
Business awareness:
1. Develop and maintain a good understanding of the products, services and solutions that the Line of Business/Campaign offers to clients
2. Understand the importance of global connectivity for growth of the global business teams and collaboration with industry initiative
3. Offer assistance and accept help from colleagues to accomplish marketing activities and priorities
4. London-based with requirement to travel to other locations occasionally.

Qualifications
The Requirements:
Essential:
1. Strong background with relevant marketing experience is essential, ideally gained within a professional services or a B2B environment.
2. Proven experience in marketing communications across a broad spectrum of media (e.g. print, social, web, webinars and email marketing)
3. Strong project management skills
4. Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle a large workload and prioritise work effectively
5. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
6. Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised, while recognising when to escalate issues or ask for help when required
7. Strong team player with good people skills and a proven track record of providing support to other team members and building collaborative relationships
8. Credibility to work with, and to influence, colleagues at all levels within the company
Desirable:
1. Ideally hold Bachelor's degree in business with a concentration in marketing or equivalent.
2. Experience of working within a consultancy/insurance environment would be an advantage
3. Working knowledge of the following programmes will be an advantage:
4. Cvent, ON24, Wrike, Marketo, Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics, PowerPoint and Excel.
