Your duties will include: Project managing the delivery of a range of building refurbishment work and installations up to the value of c.£1m Preparing designs for capital works in accordance with technical specifications, policies and procedures Ensuring that all projects produce the required outcomes, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost Developing and implementing plans for project delivery, monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to take any changes into account Being responsible for day-to-day decisions relating to the management of the project including resources and skills required Implementing project controls, make recommendations on changes to the specifications, budgets and schedules to the Project Sponsor Overseeing works carried out by contractors and ensure works are being completed within the correct time schedule and budget Liaising regularly with stakeholders and attend progress meetings The successful candidate should have: Specialist mechanical, electrical or building knowledge including legislation to degree level or equivalent work experience Experience of delivering minor projects from conception to completion Ability and experience in building strong working business relationships with a variety of stakeholders
