2. Be the 'voice of the resident' within the organisation, representing them at forums and meetings
3. Proactively resolve estate and tenancy issues such as ASB, fly-tipping, abandoned vehicles, graffiti, and noise complaints
4. Carry out home visits, tenancy audits, estate inspections, and manage fire risk actions and compliance checks
5. Offer clear advice on service charges, tenancy queries, and escalate legal matters where necessary
6. Make internal and external referrals for residents who need support
7. Respond promptly and empathetically to all enquiries, complaints, and councillor/MP queries
8. Support during business continuity incidents or emergencies
9. Collaborate with residents to shape services and improve community outcomes
Why Join?
1. Manage your own patch with autonomy and purpose
2. 28-31 days holiday (based on service) + bonus scheme
3. £1,300 car allowance & pension
4. Life assurance, EAP, and ongoing training & development
5. Be part of a well-respected, values-driven organisation where people come first
In addition to our clients support and training, the successful candidate will have access to our full suite of benefits including 28 days holiday rising to 31 days with length of service, annual bonus subject to group performance, excellent Pension scheme, an employee assistance programme and non-contributory life assurance.
