Exec Recruitment Solutions is currently working on behalf of a well-known, leading construction company based in Oxford, who is looking to take on a Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director, with day-to-day operational tasks.
The ideal candidate will have come from the construction industry, and have experience supporting on a 1-2-1 basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee office operations
* Be a main point of contact for staff and new clients
* Liaise with head office, suppliers, and service providers
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and building facilities
* Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Diary management for the MD
* PA support to the MD to include note taking, preparing reports, presentations, meeting agendas, event organisation, and confidential business matters
About You:
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
* Ability shape, and take ownership of the position
* Strong communication abilities
* High level of confidentiality
* Proven experience as a PA, Office Manager, or in a similar role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
