Your new company Is a dynamic and growing professional services company, based in Derry City. They are dedicated to providing exceptional services to their clients. As a result of continued success and growth within their industry, they are recruiting a motivated and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to join their team. This is a new position within the company, offering professional growth and development opportunities. It is an office-based role and working hours will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday with a 3pm finish on Friday. Your new role As Business coordinator, you will play a key role in the daily running of the office. Your key responsibilities will include: Data Analysis & Reporting: Summarise information onto Excel and providing reports for management review. Client Coordination: Manage client interactions, including onboarding new clients, sending welcome emails / packs, collecting identification documents, and making follow-up calls to customers. Workflow Reporting: Understanding the company workflow software, maintaining and updating as required, liaising with staff and reporting to management on client cases/progress. HR: Keep track of staff annual leave requests, update contracts, and manage confidential information, other HR related tasks as required. Social Media Marketing and CRM: Use company CRM system to send information about webinars and newsletters to clients (email campaigns) in line with company marketing plan. Create and update social media content using Canva and various social media platforms. Assisting to create other marketing materials for the company and organising company events as required. General Administration: Perform general administrative duties as required. Provide confidential PA to the managing director. What you'll need to succeed As business coordinator, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience working in an office administrator role. Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis. Excellent communication and client coordination skills. Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools would be a distinct advantage, such as Hubspot, scheduling tools and Canva. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Strong organisational and supervisory skills. Experience in customer-facing role(s) and customer experience/relationships.
