Production Operative
Do you have an eye for detail and a strong work ethic? We are looking for reliable individuals to join our production team, working with high-quality garments. This ongoing temp role offers the chance to be part of an exciting production line, ensuring the variety of garments reach our customers in pristine condition.
Role Overview:
You’ll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a range of tasks focused on the production and quality assurance of the garments. This is an essential role in a dedicated team ensuring that every piece meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inbound Trailer Handling– Fast-paced, physical work involving lifting, twisting, and turning. Training will be provided to ensure safe handling.
2. Box Inspection & Counting– Ensuring boxes match the expected count and checking for any tampering.
3. Quality Control– Counting and inspecting the garmentsfor defects, ensuring everything meets the highest quality.
4. Heat Sealing– Accurate placement of transfersusing heat press to ensure they are securely attached.
5. Outbound Packing– Final checks on garments, packing into boxes, verifying barcodes, and matching customer orders.
6. Frequent VIP Customer Orders:Work together with the team to handle special orders and even deliver to customers when required
Shift Details:
* Hours:08:00 - 16:00 (Day shift only)
* Weekly Hours:37.5 hours with the possibility of extra hours (after 16:00 or Saturdays) once the standard week is completed
* Breaks:Two 15-minute paid breaks and a 30-minute paid lunch
