Job Title: Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) Administrator
Salary: £26,416.08 per annum
Location: Stafford
Hours: 37 hours per week, fixed term until September 2025
We currently have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join our FRA team within Property Plus on a full-time fixed term basis until September 2025. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As a FRA Administrator, you will support the FRA Supervisor and operatives in ensuring fire risk assessment (FRA) inspections and remedial repairs are carried out efficiently, helping the Group maintain compliance with current regulations. You will coordinate communication between operatives, tenants, Tenant Liaison Officers (TLOs), and internal teams to manage access arrangements for mandatory inspections and remedial works. Additionally, you will produce compliance reports to track performance, programme delivery, and no-access cases, ensuring data is presented in a clear and actionable format.
Skills and experience required:
GCSE level education in maths and English or equivalent
Knowledge of social housing and health and safety/fire safety related administration (desirable)
Proven experience of working in a busy office environment
Excellent knowledge of excel /data analysis
Basic repairs and maintenance in housing knowledge (desirable)
Experience of maintaining record systems and databases and producing information
Demonstrates commitment to customer service in all activities
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good verbal and written communication skills, able to adapt approach to meet the needs of all levels
