We are looking for a Senior Residential Support Worker who is ambitious, driven and wants to work for an organisation that is prepared to do things differently and committed to its staff fully through training and support for you as well as the young people.

* £1,500 Signing Bonus – if you are qualified with a Level 3/4 in Children & Young People, you will receive £1,500 signing bonus in your first pay check.

Essential Job Requirements
* Diploma or NVQ Level 3 / 4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
* A Full Manual UK Driver’s License.
* Fuel Allowance.
* Understanding of attachment and trauma in relation to young people.
* A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.
* Experience working with Young People within a residential environment.
* Experience of working with young people with emotional and behavioural issues and complex needs including challenging behaviour.
