This is a brand new store expected to be one of the top 3 in the UK, providing an exciting opportunity for an experienced Retail Store Manager.
You have one team member already and your first priority will be to recruit 6 more for your sales team, getting ready to open in January 2025!

Your Working Week will be:
40.5 hours per week, working 2 out of 3 of the weekend days which are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
What will you be responsible for?
1. Building an effective, customer-focused, and sales-driven team
2. Working with the Cluster Manager in the recruitment of new team members, including interviewing candidates
3. Effectively communicating daily and weekly targets and KPIs to team members
4. Delivering feedback to team members regarding sales results
5. Ensuring the store is kept clean, neat, tidy, and welcoming to customers
6. Leading by example by delivering exceptional service to all customers that visit the store
7. Professionally taking on feedback from customers and reporting back to the Cluster Manager
8. Coaching and developing team members to improve their performance
9. Ensuring all policies and procedures relating to Security, Health & Safety, and GDPR are made visible, available, and understood by staff to minimise risk to staff members and the business
10. Completing staff performance reviews, setting performance development plans, and KPIs
11. Supporting the aims and ethos of the company, setting a good example in terms of dress, behaviour, punctuality, and attendance
Note: First 3 weeks will be spent training in a nearby store – allowances will be provided for travelling time.
