We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Helpdesk team based on site in Wethersfield, Essex. Location : Based on site in Wethersfield Essex. Hours : 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the Ministry of Justice and Home Office team, supporting them in work orders across the contracts. Your day to day will include: Phone cover as and when required by your Team Leader. Monitoring of inboxes as and when required by your Team Leader. Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers. Raising of reactive work orders for Kier engineers. What are we looking for?
