What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is driven, energetic and passionate for teaching and learning to join our wonderful school and become a valued member of our fantastic team of Teaching Assistants. You will be responsible for maintaining the support to all our pupils including those with special educational needs (SEN) as well as providing cover for PPA and absence. The successful candidate will have a natural empathy with those facing barriers to their learning and a genuine commitment to inclusion. Skilled in effective oral and written communication, the ability to form effective professional relationships including team working, and have good organisational and time management skills.
