As the first point of contact for technical IT assistance, you will provide critical support to colleagues, helping resolve issues efficiently while contributing to exciting IT infrastructure projects. If you're a proactive problem solver with a customer-first mindset, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote troubleshooting and support via phone or email, ensuring swift resolution or escalation of issues.
Play an active role in IT infrastructure projects and deliver smooth, successful project rollouts.
Foster self-service resolution among colleagues and ensure accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
Contribute to internal IT policies, procedures, and onboarding workflows to improve efficiency.
Assist with the development of fellow team members, promoting growth and continuous learning.
Key Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an IT support role, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, Windows 7/10, iOS/Android, Basic Network Troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and an excellent telephone manner.
Basic experience with Windows Server, VMware, and Nutanix is desirable.
