You’ll lead content creation, manage influencer collaborations and ensure all platforms stay fresh, exciting and on-brand. You’ll need to be a proactive go-getter - someone who takes ownership, works independently with confidence and brings projects to life, all while making things happen with minimal guidance. As a Social Media Manager, you will: Bring the social media strategy to life by executing impactful campaigns that drive real engagement, fuel growth and boost sales. Develop and manage a dynamic content calendar, creating eye-catching visuals, engaging videos and compelling captions that align with brand. campaigns and in sync with product launches and industry trends. Source and connect with influencers who truly fit the brand’s personality, values and audience. Identify, manage and report on influencer partnerships, ensuring collaborations drive impact, engagement and brand awareness. Be the brand’s voice Respond to comments, messages and mentions to build a strong online community. Stay ahead of industry trends and capitalise on viral moments to spot fresh partnership opportunities. Track and monitor brand reputation, social performance, analyse trends and optimise content strategies for maximum reach and engagement. To be successful, you will need: A minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media for a fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand. Expert knowledge of Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok & Facebook Ads. Experience in influencer marketing and content strategy. Skilled in writing compelling, brand-aligned captions that capture attention and spark engagement. Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. A passion for fashion, storytelling, creativity and staying ahead of social media trends. The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A driven, results-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail.
