The is a new and exciting role. Any 5 days from 7 - Shift Patterns Flexible and will be discussed on interview Offering a salary of £15.38ph How will you contribute? Provide first level site support for WMS and related applications such as CMS, KiSoft. Respond to user requests and issues. Support for local site operational issues and identify configuration requirements for continuous improvement initiatives. Support & maintenance of systems to ensure smooth running for customers & colleagues. Creation and maintenance of support documentation for support, system management and issue interrogation. Support new release testing against customer requirements. Identify and recommend change controls to support operational enhancements and fixes. User account administration and management. Identification, specification and delivery of local reporting requirements. Report on any misuse of system by users Diagnose and resolve issues and problems related to WMS and related applications, such as configuration, connectivity, integration, and performance. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to IT Service second level support as needed. To actively participate in Service Improvement. What will you bring? Experience in using and/or managing Warehouse Management and /or Automation related applications, preferably in a warehouse or distribution centre environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, systems, and related applications. Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues related to WMS and related applications, such as configuration, connectivity, integration and performance. Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities. Good organisational skills Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and quality. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
