The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of care experience and a background in supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing person-centered care to clients with ABI
2. Supporting with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and rehabilitation
3. Assisting with medication administration and maintaining accurate records
4. Promoting independence and well-being for clients, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
5. Working closely with healthcare professionals to deliver tailored care plans
6. Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families
Key Requirements:
1. Minimum of 6 months of care experience in a healthcare setting
2. Previous experience supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) is essential
3. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to delivering high-quality care
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
5. Excellent communication skills
6. A caring, respectful, and empathetic approach to care
7. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable, not essential)
