This stunning property represents the pinnacle of luxury hospitality in Belfast, offering an elegant and opulent environment for both guests and staff.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Front Office Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in their career, to lead a dedicated team while advancing their own hotel management expertise.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the Front of House team works cohesively to exceed guest expectations, providing the highest level of customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office, ensuring the team stays focused on delivering exceptional guest service in line with company standards.
2. Manage guest expectations from reservation through to departure, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience throughout their stay.
3. Address and resolve guest feedback, both compliments and complaints, with professionalism and care.
4. Train and develop the team, ensuring compliance with company standards and enhancing their overall performance.
5. Monitor and control departmental costs in line with agreed KPIs.
6. Adhere to all hotel security, fire regulations, and health & safety policies.
7. Undertake duty management shifts as required.
