Salary: £48,557 - £57,704, dependent on experience, including a basic salary and skills payment. Plus, a one-off recruitment bonus of £3,500 (£1,750 on arrival and £1,750 on successful probation). Opportunities for an increased skills payment of up to £19,113 after a successful skills assessment.

The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will solve mission-critical problems, contribute to system architecture and design, establish best practices, and deliver high-quality software products. Your knowledge of various software engineering methodologies and languages such as JavaScript, Java, C++, Node, Python, Rust, Go, and .NET will be essential. You will bring innovative ideas, share expertise, and possibly lead or mentor teams, engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
About You
You have experience with modern programming languages and frameworks, including C++, Golang, Java, JavaScript, .NET, Node, Python, Rust, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). You are experienced in leading Agile teams, understanding business requirements, and communicating effectively. We welcome professionals from related fields like cloud engineering, security, UX, data engineering, or machine learning operations.
