One of Preston's fastest growing companies is looking to urgently recruit 2 Purchase Ledger Assistants initially on a temporary basis but with the likelihood that the roles will become permanent.
The ideal candidates will be experienced in Accounts Payable and be confident in their abilities. The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will report to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor and work in a small team.
Duties will include:
* Responsible for the end-to-end Purchase ledger process for their own suppliers and will focus on building lasting relationships.
* Matching invoices, resolving supplier queries, and supplier statement reconciliation. They will also have responsibility for the weekly payment run and support management with any ad-hoc tasks as required.
There is flexibility for home working/office working, and interviews are being held via video. These roles will start before Christmas, so interested candidates are asked to apply urgently.
