The post holder will have responsibility as the Registered Manager for the 0-19 Service, leading a CQC rated good and a UNICEF BFI Gold Award Service providing clinical leadership, support and management for the skill mix teams comprising of health visitors, school nurses, early years senior practitioners, early years practitioners, primary years senior practitioners and business support ensuring the delivery of the commissioned activity in line with the Public Health commissioners service specifications, the Healthy Child Programme, local Children’s Safeguarding arrangements and Public Health Outcomes Framework.

Main Duties of the job:
* The post holder will lead from the front, ensuring the service vision is understood and teams work together to achieve the outcomes.
* Promoting a collaborative and effective teamwork approach, using outstanding communication and organisational skills, ensuring the needs of the service are maintained whilst demonstrating an ability to be adaptable within the local child health system.
* To act as a strong and resilient role model, leading the continuous development, improvement and sustainability of the service, within the embedded culture of kindness and compassion – supporting and empowering our engaged workforce to continue to develop and strengthen their practice through innovation. Striving to continue to provide highly specialised care for our children, young people and their families.
* To promote and maintain positive professional relationships across the local children and young people’s system – internally and externally.
