Sales Director – South of England – Up to £150k with great package
We are working with a well-established national catering provider who are on the hunt for the strategically important role of Sales Director.

About the position:
The role will oversee all sales and retention across the £180 million+ portfolio including short- and long-term strategy, CRM overview, bid strategy and pipeline enhancement. The role reports into the CEO and will be the face of the business across existing contracts and new sales opportunities. This is a senior leadership role that requires extensive experience of developing and growing a portfolio. You will be an established business developer within a food led, hospitality environment who can bring a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to the organisation.
Ideal Sales Director:
* Proven experience at a senior level as Business Development Director, Sales Director, Growth Director or similar accountability within a food led environment in the catering/hospitality space.
* Experience of overseeing a large sales/business development team, with the extensive experience in strategy building and leadership qualities to bring a team on the journey with you.
* Full sales cycle experience through pipeline development, bid & presentation and retention.
