If so, we’d love to hear from you As the ABI Placement Manager, you will play a key role in promoting our company’s services, ensuring individuals with ABI receive the best possible care and support. This dynamic role combines marketing, assessment, and outcome management to create sustainable, high-quality placements that meet the needs of service users. Key Responsibilities: Marketing and Admissions : Build positive relationships with potential service users, carers, and referral agencies to generate sustainable placements. Assessment and Placement : Conduct comprehensive assessments, including risk and transition planning, ensuring smooth integration into services. Outcome Management: Oversee therapeutic support commissioning and ensure successful service delivery through regular reviews and collaborative teamwork. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain contact with service purchasers to uphold and enhance our company’s reputation. What We’re Looking For: Skills & Abilities : o Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation. o Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams effectively. o Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Experience : o Proven track record in managing and coordinating neuro-therapeutic services. o Success in generating referrals and maintaining positive admissions. o Commercial awareness and experience in private sector social care provision. Knowledge : o Familiarity with funding streams (e.g., local authority, CHC funding). o Understanding of MDT collaboration in rehabilitation models. o Knowledge of registered and supported living services.
