An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a Head of Student Experience to join Burnley College, to provide effective and innovative leadership in the development and implementation of an outstanding Student Experience for all learners, ensuring ongoing development of the offer.
The responsibilities of this role will include ensuring that the College’s Student Experience is pedagogically driven, innovative and in line with the College Core Values and national best practice, extending beyond the curriculum, and providing learners the opportunity to develop and discover their skills, interests, talents and increase their social capital.
You will have substantial and proven experience of successful responsibility at a managerial level and evidence of the ability to develop a strong network of relationships at senior level.
The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent, a recognised IAG qualification or willing to work towards if successful, and ideally a recognised teaching qualification and higher degree; however, this is not essential.
The salary for this post is up to £54,519.
