The role:
We’re looking for a highly organised and confident Junior Creative Planner to manage and coordinate creative requests across multiple teams and projects. You’ll be responsible for triaging creative briefs, assigning tasks to the right people, and ensuring deadlines are met —playing a key role in keeping our creative projects running smoothly.
This role requires exceptional communication and organisational skills, as you’ll be managing multiple requests at once while working closely with designers, account managers, and sales teams. You’ll need to understand how long different creative assets take to produce, how to prioritise effectively, and how to handle high-pressure situations .
If you have a keen eye for creative work and are looking to develop a career in creative project management, this is a great opportunity. Some basic design experience is a plus but not essential.
Responsibilities:
* Creative Planning & Coordination: Manage incoming creative requests, ensuring projects are assigned to the right team members and prioritised effectively.
* Project Organisation: Keep track of deadlines, workflows, and production schedules, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
* Resource Allocation: Assess project needs, estimate timelines, and balance workloads across creative teams.
* Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with designers, account managers, and sales reps to ensure smooth project execution.
* Quality Control: Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines and expectations.
* Process Improvement: Identify ways to streamline workflows and improve how creative projects are managed.
About you:
* 1–2 years of experience in a creative, marketing, or project management role, or equivalent experience.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail —able to juggle multiple projects at once.
* Confident communicator who can manage senior stakeholders and ensure clear project updates.
* Ability to prioritise effectively and work well under pressure.
* Strong understanding of creative processes and the time required to produce different design and motion assets.
* A keen eye for creative work and an interest in marketing, advertising, or design.
Bonus skills (not essential but appreciated):
* Some experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
* Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Monday.com, or Asana.
* Understanding of digital marketing and how creative assets fit into campaigns.
