Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to senior management and staff
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical
Handle incoming communications and direct them accordingly
Support the onboarding process for new staff members
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for team members
Assist in the procurement of office supplies and materials
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
Proven experience in an administrative or business support role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £11.48
