Job Opportunity: Learning & Development Lead - UK

Role Overview
Reporting to the UK Chief People Officer and collaborating with a team of 15 HR professionals, you will lead all Learning & Development initiatives for the UK branch. Your responsibilities include aligning with the Group's overarching L&D strategy while tailoring programs to meet local UK requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Understand business needs and develop tailored talent development strategies.
2. Implement and evaluate L&D programs effectively.
3. Coordinate with the Group to ensure strategic alignment.
Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for an L&D specialist or HR Business Partner with experience in learning and development. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing operational, hands-on tasks with strategic planning within a matrix, blue-chip environment.
Package & Benefits
* Base salary of approximately £70,000
* £5,000 bonus
