Minimum Requirements
* Strong English Knowledge: A solid understanding of English, ideally at A-Level or degree level, with a passion for the subject.
* Experience in Education: Previous experience working with young people in an educational, tutoring, or support role is desirable, though not essential.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and explain complex ideas clearly.
