Office Working Full time 37 hours a week in Ledbury

We are looking for a HR administrator who is available immediately to join our well-established client in Ledbury on a temp basis with the potential to become permanent. This role involves providing administration to the HR team, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
HR Administrator - Duties & Responsibilities:
Working alongside the HR manager to ensure day-to-day processes are completed to a high standard.
Liaising with candidates in the recruitment process and managing recruitment platforms.
Assisting with onboarding in new employees.
Managing the Time Management system to accurately log absence and holiday.
Supporting in administration of training and that all training is completed and up to date for employees.
Maintaining confidentiality.
HR Administrator - Skills & Requirements:
Competent across Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
High attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and working well under pressure.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
