Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Catering Operations Manager to lead and develop the multi-academy trusts catering services.
Term time (39 Weeks per year) plus 4 weeks: 37 hours per week.
This is a new role and offers you the opportunity to plan, implement and lead a new in-house catering start up project across the trust of nine primary schools. You will create and lead the development and implementation of this new catering service for our 3,000 pupils. We are looking for a hands-on, approachable leader who possesses imaginative and creative ideas to transform the trusts catering services.
You will be responsible for leading a team of onsite catering teams to deliver an exceptionally high standard of catering provision which conforms to all applicable food law, legislation, standards, compliance and policies.
As the Trust Catering Operations Manager for ELAN, you will be responsible for the performance of the whole trust catering provision, developing the delivery of healthy and high-quality meals that meet government school food standards.

As a member of the central team estates and facilities services, you will be required to work from any ELAN location. Therefore, a clean and valid driving licence and access to transport is essential.
