They are looking for a Finance Assistant to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. What will the Finance Assistant role involve?
* Purchase ledger including processing, matching and coding;
* Working closely with account managers across the business to ensure relevant data is captured to raise sales invoices;
* Reconciling credit cards on a monthly basis;
* Running reports and analysis of data;
* Answering telephone and ordering office supplies as and when needed;
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Assistant vacancy:
* Experience of working within a finance team, ideally covering some aspects of purchase ledger;
* Good IT skills, exposure to Sage would be advantageous;
