In this role, you’ll work closely with adults facing various mental health challenges, including learning disability, anxiety, depression, and substance misuse. Your focus will be to empower clients, help them achieve their goals, and support their recovery journey.

Manage a caseload of clients, developing person-centred support plans.
Welcome new clients, complete risk assessments, and facilitate inductions.
Offer practical advice on welfare, benefits, and housing.
Handle incidents or challenging behaviours with professionalism and effective de-escalation techniques.
Maintain accurate records using the QVT client management database.
