My client is a global brand who deliver incredible live music events all over the world. We're seeking a Head of Partnerships and Events to drive strategic collaborations, secure high-value deals, and expand their presence worldwide.
The Role
* Develop and execute global event partnerships with venues, brands, and promoters
* Build and nurture key relationships to drive long-term growth
* Identify and capitalise on new partnership opportunities
* Set and manage revenue targets, contracts, and budgets
* Create compelling proposals and business cases
* Collaborate with marketing on partnership-driven campaigns
* Oversee seamless event execution and continuous improvement
The Candidate
* Strong background in live music, festivals, or events
* Strong industry network and knowledge of the global dance music scene
* Proven track record in securing and managing high-value partnerships
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
* Willingness to travel internationally
