We are co located with the Integrated Urgent Care Service - out of hours GP and the Rapid Response team. The evening and overnight district nursing team will support patient flow through a timely response to patients in the out of hours period from 7pm until 8am. Main duties of the job As a member of the team you would be expected to work twilight (7pm until 1am) across 7 days including weekends and bank holidays. We are a modern trust, which means whilst on the go you'll be equipped for mobile working (using a laptop and smart phone device); not only is this safer because you will have access all patient information at your fingertips, it also means you can complete records and any other patient paperwork in real time, so you can then focus all your attention on your next patient.
