Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
Location: Coventry
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the core hours of 08:00 & 18:00

The Position
As an Implementation Advisor, you will play a key role in providing high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth implementation for new customers and seamless service for existing clients.
Responsibilities include:
Processing new customers and engineers into internal systems.
Producing and issuing starter packs tailored to customer requirements.
Managing customer-specific labels, including bulk orders and day-to-day requests.
Overseeing lock and key stock levels, ensuring recycling and efficient stock use.
Collaborating with other departments to maintain effective communication with customers and suppliers.
Managing cases, emails, and BAU (business-as-usual) tasks.
Assisting in team training, contributing to meetings, and supporting internal projects.
Adhering to all company policies, including health & safety and business continuity.The Person
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Experience in an administrative or warehouse support role within a process-driven environment.
Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer service.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
