Your new role This role requires a combination of skills. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain strong relationships with customers, manage a variety of administrative tasks, and contribute to the company’s continued success.Acting as the primary contact for all customer enquiries and processing related sales administration tasks such as quotations, dispatch paperwork, system specification processing, handling complaints, and managing product returns. Developing relationships with new and existing customers by providing support, information, and guidance. Maintaining accurate customer records, recording and retaining information in a structured and timely manner, and researching clients to identify potential opportunities using CRM. Handling order entry processing, including contract review, and maintaining and updating customer records. What you'll need to succeed Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service role. The ability to complete forms and provide written responses to customer enquiries. The ability to manage a high volume of in-bound calls and customer enquiries in a fast-paced work environment. The ability to provide a professional service to customers and relay accurate information. Excellent verbal communication skills, demonstrating a professional, confident approach when dealing with telephone calls from customers. Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. What you'll get in return This is a full-time, temporary role based in Port Talbot. This is an ongoing contract but may be open to extension. A generous hourly rate of £12 - £13.50. An opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive team.
