Job Description HR Advisor – Fixed Term Contract Overview We are seeking a dedicated and talented HR Advisor to join our client's team on a fixed-term contract. As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert HR advice and support to all levels of the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Details: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience) Fixed term until approx June - could be longer Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (flexibility available) Remote working. Office based in York, must live local to be able to attend if needed Supportive and inclusive work culture Responsibilities: Providing timely and accurate HR advice and support to managers and employees on various HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and policies. Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and best practices. Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, including conducting thorough investigations. Supporting the development and delivery of HR training programs to enhance knowledge and skills across the organisation. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience in an HR advisory role, providing expert guidance and support. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and UK employment legislation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is desirable. Available immediately.
