We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join our busy Family team in our Telford office.
A typical day would involve:
General administrative services within the department
Assisting with the organisation within the department
Archiving
Physical and digital filing
Telephone calls / Emails
Photocopying
Some secretarial and typing support.
Diary Management
Assembly of trial bundles and disclosure.
Scheduling of meetings
Previous administration experience is essential, preferably in a legal environment. You will also have excellent attention to detail, typing and IT skills and a systematic approach to your work. Being able to work well in a team is important.
