My client is currently seeking 12 customer service advisors for their call centre based in Salford Quays.
This role is full time working between the hours of 8am until 5.30pm on a 37 hours working week for a length of 4 months
The salary is £11.88 per hour.
Duties include but not restricted to -
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer queries, issues, and complaints with accuracy and efficiency.
Process orders, returns, and service requests according to company protocols.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in the internal system.
Achieve performance targets, including call handling metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
