As the Senior HR Business Partner you will lead the Human Resources function, playing a pivotal role in delivering our people strategy, driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance with UK employment law, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Managing the UK based HR Business Partners and our offsite admin team, you will work closely with key stakeholders and managers to build people capability; shape and implement people strategies and initiatives within the business. Key Responsibilities: HR Strategy & Leadership Working with the Chief People Officer (UK & Ireland), develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals. Provide strategic and practical HR advice to senior management on all aspects of the employee life cycle Implementation of policies and procedures in line with UK and Irish employment legislation Employee Relations & Compliance Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and best practices, advising the business accordingly. Supporting the HR Business Partners in managing employee relations issues, taking responsibility for the more complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management Spearhead change management projects such as TUPE, restructures, shift changes and redundancy Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Work cross functionally with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent. Develop and manage workforce planning strategies to support business growth. Performance Management & Development Manage the performance appraisal process. Drive initiatives to support employee growth, training, and career development. Coach Line Managers to ensure they are competent in tackling ER issues in an appropriate manner Mentor the HR Business Partners to ensure a first-class service delivery Compensation & Benefits Manage salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and compensation reviews. Oversee employee benefits programmes and ensure competitiveness. Ensure compliance with payroll, pensions (including auto-enrolment), and reward policies. Organisational Culture & Employee Engagement Lead initiatives to promote employee wellbeing and engagement. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programmes. Organise internal communications and employee events to foster community. Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with GDPR. Leverage data, metrics and evidence to inform and drive HR-related decision making and improvement opportunities across your business area Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and report to senior management. Prepare reports on HR activities and key performance indicators (KPIs). Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a senior, fast paced HR role, managing a multi-site team A self-starter with the confidence to motivate people and drive positive changes CIPD Level 5/ 7 or above qualification (or equivalent experience). Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations cases. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
