Head of Facilities Are you an experienced facilities manager within consumer retail? Do you have a proven track record of facilities management within fast-paced retail organisation? This is a perm role based in London. Key Responsibilities Set up, tender, and manage key contractors and suppliers for facilities and property services. Develop service schedules for statutory and legislative requirements, ensuring legal compliance. Manage budgets, control costs, and continuously improve service quality. Implement business-wide changes to maintain legal and statutory compliance. Foster a collaborative approach across the business for all Facilities-related matters. Audit and report on completed works, ensuring quality, time, and cost-effectiveness. Lead the development of a property-based FM system, ensuring stakeholder alignment. Oversee works projects from inception to completion. What are we looking for? Extensive experience in a Senior Facilities Management role. Preferably experience in a multi-site environment (retail, hospitality, leisure). Direction of maintenance teams and external suppliers. Detailed technical specification writing and contract administration. Proven project management in live operating environments. Comprehensive Health & Safety and energy management expertise.
