We’re looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Executive to join our fast-paced team. You’ll play a key role in strengthening client relationships and driving revenue through excellent service delivery and strategic account growth.
Description of Role
Key Responsibilities
* Build proactive relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication regarding existing bookings, future opportunities and any services updates.
* Achieve revenue growth targets for assigned accounts.
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling any queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
* Monitor client satisfaction and work closely with internal teams to address any issues, ensuring the highest level of service and customer retention.
* Improve inbound quote-to-conversion ratio.
Sales and Business Development:
* Actively seek out new opportunities within your client list, securing further work and projects.
* Develop a deep understanding of each client’s needs and preferences, tailoring services and offerings to meet their requirements.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the client base and increasing sales.
Quoting and Scheduling:
* Handle inbound inquiries and create quotes using the company’s quoting software.
* Add jobs to the scheduling system, ensuring accurate and timely entry of all necessary information.
* Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless coordination of services for clients.
Reporting and Analysis:
* Use Pipedrive CRM to manage client accounts effectively and identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential growth opportunities.
* Prepare and present reports on client and revenue progress to senior management.
* Keep up-to-date with industry news and developments, sharing insights with the team and clients as appropriate.
Person requirements
* Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in using relevant software applications for quoting and scheduling.
* A proactive and results-driven approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
* Willingness to travel to client sites or events.
* Adaptability and problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
* Team player with a collaborative mindset.
