Job Overview
Do you have a keen interest in exploring how technology, from CRM systems to AI, can create new and innovative ways to connect with people? We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our Community Team who is eager to pioneer tech-driven solutions, adapt to rapid change, and engage with our mission in creative and impactful ways.
In supporting the Community Manager within the framework of CV’s Mission and Vision statements, you will carry out the daily duties of a Community Specialist, which includes:
Specific Responsibilities
* To drive tech-enabled community engagement, utilising CRM systems, AI, and emerging technologies.
* To be adaptable to emerging technologies by embracing, learning and applying new platforms and tech tools to enhance community engagement.
* To create meaningful connections with diverse communities such as churches, our online community and other key stakeholders.
* To implement strategy for follow-up of audience responses using provided systems and tools.
* To identify and implement CRM system resources to assist follow-up communication.
* To engage and respond to audiences across a variety of online platforms.
* To prepare various communication resources and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
* To organise and assist with promotional events and activities as directed.
* To regularly provide feedback from audience responses.
* To assist the Community Manager with the monitoring, collecting, and analysis of data and maintaining statistics of all responses.
General Responsibilities
Fulfil other duties, as common to all employees and as directed, within parameters outlined in both the mission and vision statements. This includes:

* To keep up to date with the latest methods and technologies.
* To adhere to relevant privacy requirements when maintaining and distributing database of contacts.
* To always maintain a high quality of interpersonal communication.
* To lead the team in prayer and other devotional times and engaging with other spiritual activities as required.
Essential Skills / Experience / Education
* Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications, an advantage.
