Work to support the Capacity Co-ordinator in the organisation of the service and ensure a qualitative and responsive provision is maintained, to support the effectiveness of the programme and have supervisory responsibility for the junior administration team. Actively using initiative in sometimes complex situations to ensure that patients are booked in line with local, programme and national Access targets, and to ensure that all clinic appointments are used.
