You will take part in a 4 year training plan where both training facility offsite and NOV will monitor your progress, supporting and guiding you to become a successful and first class Electrical Service Engineer. Year One: You will spend all year working towards your hands-on SVQ Level 2 (SCQF5) Qualification offsite. Your SVQ Level 2 will create the foundations for progression - understanding general fundamental engineering processes and requirements. Year Two, Three and Four: You will be onsite at various NOV facilities where you will join the NOV teams and use their knowledge to further your development - you will gain first-hand exposure in our various machine and fitting workshops and you will develop an understanding of our procedures, policies and values.
