The Rent & Service Charge Assistant will be a key player in the Accounting & Finance department, providing robust financial support within the Not For Profit sector. The role is based in Liverpool and will require close attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
Rent & Service Charge Assistant
Assist with the preparation and review of rent and service charge budgets.
Perform data analysis to support rent and service charge adjustments.
Support the annual rent and service charge setting process.
Manage and maintain accurate rent and service charge records.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on rent and service charge matters.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to rent and service charges.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the rent and service charge processes.
Participate in ad hoc finance projects as needed.

A successful Rent & Service Charge Assistant should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Strong knowledge of rent and service charge processes.
Proficiency in using finance software and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
