We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Growth and Relationship Manager to lead our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales management background, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team, all while demonstrating a passion for driving sales growth. In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing the team, and achieving sales targets. You'll create and nurture a customer-focused culture, ensuring that every decision prioritises customers and maximizes the long-term value. Your role will focus on delivering a seamless and enjoyable customer journey throughout the entire lifecycle. You'll develop customer engagement strategies, implement retention initiatives, and cultivate relationships that lead to improved customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Role Responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and energize the team to exceed sales goals. Design and implement impactful sales strategies and streamlined processes. Monitor and analyse sales performance data to identify areas for improvement. Provide ongoing coaching and training to the inside sales team. Collaborate with channel managers, field sales, marketing, and product teams to align sales efforts. Manage the sales pipeline and deliver accurate sales forecasts. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management. Develop and execute customer retention strategies to reduce churn and increase loyalty.
