Responsibilities
* Delivering professional and project-related building surveying services across various non-residential sectors.
* Conducting condition surveys, preparing detailed reports, and capturing precise site particulars.
* Developing specifications and schedules of work.
* Collaborating with CAD technicians to prepare comprehensive drawing packages.
* Preparing project budgets and submitting planning and building control applications.
* Attending client meetings, conducting interim site inspections, and assisting with party wall.
Qualifications - Degree within Building Surveying
Skills
* Must have 4+ years post grad experience
* Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Ideally Chartered by the RICS
* Strong negotiation, presentation and report writing skills
* Experience in undertaking condition surveys and Planned Preventative Maintenance
* Knowledge of relevant documentation under CDM2015
* Commercial awareness and the ability to ensure that you are adding maximum value
* Excellent IT skills
* Willing to travel UK wide
* Full UK driving licence
Pay range and compensation package - Salary: £40k - £45k (DOE – Guide only)
