Sales Administrator
Bupa Place, Salford Quays, Manchester. M50 3SP
Full time 37.5 Hrs: Mon – Fri shifts between 8-6
Starting is £25,200 per annum
This role is office based with potential for Hybrid working options available once signed off - This is not a fully remote working position.

What you'll be doing
As Sales Administrator, you will support our customers in the beginning of their journey with us and help onboard them onto the relevant systems and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transition. You'll be required to answer, facilitate and resolve all queries from internal and external customers (decision makers, group secretaries, intermediaries / brokers etc), providing a professional and dedicated service by telephone and email.
You'll need the ability to interpret client needs and develop and maintain a sound understanding of our customers and their requirements.
