The FM team here WINNER is hiring a Refrigeration Specialist in London to perform planned and reactive maintenance with a focus on safety, quality, and first-time fixes. You will be required to interrogate refrigeration systems using software technology therefore must be conversant with all variations of supermarket controls
Setting up communication networks for new installations or existing faulty networks on all controller types to include Danfoss, Carel, RDM
To act in accordance to the Health and Safety policy when issues arise
To actively support colleagues building a teamwork approach e.g. – supporting with other trades or training and up skilling of apprentices and communicating regularly and assisting when required.
To provide Refrigeration technical support and be a mentor to your wider team
Working with our MER teams to help develop skills
Adhere to on call rota for effective response during out of hours issues.
Air Conditioning technical support to M&E teams
Ownership of field & Seasonal projects as assigned by your Managing Engineer
Support / mentor engineers & apprentices with training and technical support on request
As a Refrigeration Specialist you must hold relevant qualifications (C&G F-Gas 2079, recognized apprenticeship).
you must have proven experience with CO2 systems, packs, heat pumps, and A/C technology.
Strong technical skills, including IT proficiency for programming advanced systems.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach to solving complex refrigeration challenges.
