4. Bookkeeping: Offering assistance with cloud-based software or in-house processing.

6. Taxation: Handling taxation matters for individuals, partnerships, andpanies.
Your New Role
As a Payroll Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for mypany’s clients. Your responsibilities will include, and not be limited to:
7. Processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll for around 110 clients using Brightpay software.
8. Handling employee queries related to payroll, tax, and benefits.
9. Collaborating with other team members to ensurepliance with legal requirements.
10. Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
11. Preparing payroll reports: generating reports related to payroll expenses and other relevant information.
12. Calculating bonuses and allowances: you’ll determine additional payments based onpany policies or individual performance.
13. As well as other duties.
What You’ll Need to SucceedWhile prior experience within an accountancy practice is not mandatory, it is desirable. The ideal candidate will have:
14. Experience working with Brightpay for payroll processing.
15. Familiarity with Nest (National Employment Savings Trust) pension schemes.
16. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
17. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
18. Excellentmunication skills, written and verbal.
